What to expect

Vinyasa Flow: Class begins with pranayama (breathwork) and poses that prepare our body for the routine ahead. Every class is different, but they all include asanas that promote strength, balance, alignment, and a deep stretch. Every pose and transition can be modified to be easier on the body or more challenging, all abilities are welcome and capable! As we wind down, we will make our way to a supine position for savasana and end of class meditation.

Restorative/Yin Mix: Similar to Vinyasa, class begins with breathwork. The focus of Yin yoga is to hold postures for longer to allow our muscle and connective tissue to stretch. Class is centered heavily on relaxation and the usage of props (bolsters, blocks, and blankets). There are some modified vinyasa asana in my restorative class, but they are meant to make the practice more accessible, sustainable, and effective. Towards the end we will make our way to the back or belly for savasana.

What to Bring

Please wear comfortable clothes! Bare feet or grippy socks are recommended. Some mats are available as well as blocks, bolsters, and blankets. If you have suffered an injury or are pregnant, please come to class cleared by a doctor.

Pricing

Each class is $15.00 per person, or however much you can contribute.

Private lessons $65/hour or $30/30 minutes

Tuesday Restorative: 5:30-6:30PM

Thursday Vinyasa: 5:30-6:30PM

Private Lessons

If you are new to yoga my classes are inclusive to that, but if you prefer to flow outside of the classroom private lesson are available!

In private lessons I create a lesson plan specifically for your need’s whether you’re looking for restorative, yin, or vinyasa. This includes doing yoga for the first time, focusing on alignment and form, getting into more difficult positions, or if you’re cleared by a doctor, we can work through any pain, stiffness, or body trouble you may be having. Just let me know ahead of time what your body needs, your goals, and expectations and we will work through it.

Private Lessons are $65.00 an hour or $30.00 for 30 minutes.

Depending on availability they will be held at the Wellsprings Healing Center or if you’re more comfortable providing the space that works too!
